Proven experience as a tractor mechanic We are looking for a **Tractor Mechanic** to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors and agricultural machinery, ensuring equipment operates properly, safely, and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors and agricultural machinery; * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic failures; * Carry out disassembly, assembly, adjustments, and replacement of parts; * Conduct operational tests after repairs; * Complete maintenance reports and service records; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety; * Follow technical standards and safety procedures. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Proven experience as a tractor or agricultural machinery mechanic; * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; * Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; * Availability for fieldwork when required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical course in Mechanics, Agricultural Mechanics, or related fields; * Experience with specific tractor brands (e.g., John Deere, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Valtra, LS Tractor, among others); * Driver's license category B or higher. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail; * Organization and responsibility; * Ability to work in a team; * Proactivity and commitment.
