We operate with technical responsibility, commitment to results, and appreciation of people, contributing to the development of agribusiness in the regions where we operate. We are looking for a technical-commercial, proactive professional with strong relationship-building skills to lead demand-generation activities in the Guarapuava/PR region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead demand-generation activities, including: + Side-by-side field demonstrations + Field Days + Harvest Result Events + Training sessions and technical lectures + Roadside sign placements + Installation of mini billboards + Organization of technical and commercial events * Launch and monitor these activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce. * Identify, prospect, and maintain strategic relationships with influential producers in the region. * Support RTVs (Regional Technical Representatives) in commercial planning, including participation and assistance at industry fairs and events. * Contribute to brand strengthening and technical positioning within the operational region. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. * Technical knowledge of soybean and wheat crops. * Driver’s license – Category B. * Willingness to travel. * Willingness to reside in the Guarapuava – PR region. **Expected Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Resilience and adaptability. * Organizational skills and commitment to results.
