Professional responsible for prospecting, fostering, and maintaining profitable business relationships, thereby expanding the company's market share and sustainability through prospecting, dissemination of commercial policy, and closing negotiations.

Prospect, foster, and maintain profitable business relationships for the company, contributing to the expansion of the *Market Share* and the sustainability of the business.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Prospect new businesses and/or segments, and identify market trends and conditions in low- and medium-complexity regions by analyzing regional/local indicators and the company’s, market’s, and customers’ historical data, to support expanding the company’s *Market Share* and assist management in defining commercial actions;
* Disseminate and implement commercial policy, preparing and delivering commercial presentations, and conducting visits to generate, maintain, and reactivate business across all third-party business units, to ensure commercial effectiveness;
* Close commercial negotiations, adhering to the company’s current guidelines and policies to meet targets and performance indicators;
* Ensure that finalized negotiations are confirmed, and monitor negotiations being conducted by third-party business units by tracking negotiation conversion rates and freight profitability, to guarantee achievement of established objectives.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
* Postgraduate studies in commerce-related areas (desirable, ongoing);
* Experience in the commercial field;
* Driver’s License: Category “B”;
* Willingness to travel.
