Support in administrative routines and internal processes About the Opportunity We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills to work as an **Administrative Assistant** at our Guarujá do Sul/SC unit. The role focuses on supporting administrative routines, assisting HR, and maintaining internal unit processes. Main Responsibilities **Administrative Routines:** * Front desk and telephone reception * Arranging accommodations and transportation for visitors * Fixed fund control and reimbursements (RDV) * Supporting internal requests * Managing office supplies inventory and administrative purchases * Monitoring printing, toner, and usage reports * Supporting external requests (post office, notary, printing services, etc.) **HR Support:** * Assisting in onboarding new employees * Scheduling and tracking admission and periodic medical examinations * Organizing internal events and communicating via bulletin boards and groups * Distributing uniforms and ID badges; managing clothing inventory * Updating and organizing physical and digital documents Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in administrative routines and/or HR support * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
