Ensure compliance with internal/external standards and guidelines **Location:** Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil **Job ID:** R0123639 **Date Posted:** 2026\-03\-30 **Company Name:** HITACHI ENERGY BRASIL LTDA. **Profession (Job Category):** Quality Management **Job Schedule:** Full time **Remote:** No **Job Description:** **The Opportunity** Contribute to improved operational efficiency, quality, and productivity across the entire production chain by participating in maintaining the Quality Management System and its certifications, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability within a safe working environment aligned with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Support operations on technical matters related to problem analysis and resolution. * Organize raw material inspection to ensure materials of appropriate quality are available at the right time for production. * Support the production process by identifying problems, non-conformities, and production difficulties arising from deviations by external suppliers, product engineering, or received raw materials. * Monitor supplier issue resolution, interacting with relevant departments to ensure proper handling and resolution. * Support business units in analyses aimed at identifying low-complexity continuous improvement and operational excellence projects. Participate in root cause analyses and development of action plans for problem resolution and process improvement. * Support production planning by prioritizing urgent inspections to meet production needs. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. Technical education with knowledge of technical drawing (Mechanical, Electromechanical) is desirable. * Ability to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings; basic quality tools for problem analysis and resolution (Pareto, Fishbone, Trend Charts). * Experience with certifications/audits, continuous improvement processes, metal-mechanical industry, boiler or machine manufacturing processes, metrology, and internal ISO 9001:2015\. * Problem-solving methodologies – 8D / A3 or other equivalent methodology. * Experience with SAP – QM module. * Basic English proficiency is desirable. **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
