In our daily work, the spirit of collectivity is present in every action, contributing to everyone's success, because here **We Build a Better World Together**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze macroeconomic indicators published by the market and/or government agencies, and internal and external agendas on the topic, to process information and anticipate potential business impacts, proposing strategies aimed at business sustainability; * Monitor internal indicators such as Basel Index, liquidity ratio, income statement (DRE), funding cost, centralization revenue, and other related indicators via management dashboards and internal reports, to process information and propose strategies aimed at member empowerment and business sustainability; * Promote investment-related knowledge dissemination, sharing technical expertise and service standards aligned with the cooperative’s strategy, to enhance team knowledge and improve consultative service to members; * Provide consultative service to members through in-person or online/digital channel meetings and participation in local events, continuously improving engagement and loyalty among the existing membership base; * Conduct and support prospecting and/or retention activities with members via in-person visits or online/digital channel meetings and participation in local events, to attract, engage, and retain new members or new investments; * Serve as a reference for investment products and services offered by the Cooperative and the broader market, applying knowledge acquired through certifications or practical experience, market research, studies, benchmarking, and other initiatives focused on mapping information and best practices, to promote new offering opportunities within the Cooperative, strengthen member empowerment, and ensure business sustainability; * Contribute to planning and executing the Cooperative’s strategies and identifying market potential regarding business opportunities, through periodic internal agendas, member visits, and consultations, providing inputs for execution review, validating alignment with plans, seeking new opportunities, and analyzing new proposals for the Cooperative; * Perform other duties related to this position; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Certification: C PRO \- I. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal and Food Allowance (Flash); * National Unimed Health Plan; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Education Assistance; * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave. **Variable Compensation:** * Semi-annual PPR (Profit-Sharing Plan).
