The role involves direct participation in planning, executing, and improving production processes, especially those related to assembling electronic equipment and components. Main Responsibilities Supervise and guide production teams, ensuring alignment with daily goals and quality standards; Monitor assembly and production processes for equipment, ensuring technical compliance; Develop, review, and follow technical documentation, such as reports, schedules, procedures, and manuals; Manage material, production, and operational resources, optimizing time and efficiency; Track production metrics and drive continuous process improvement; Ensure organization, safety, and discipline within the production area; Support onboarding of new employees and contribute to team development.
