The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions, optimizing production processes, and ensuring technical and commercial viability of products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create original designs for decorative, functional, and artistic Murano glass pieces. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities. * Develop technical drawings and detailed specifications for production. * Collaborate with production, marketing, and manufacturing teams to align design with commercial and technical strategies. * Test and validate prototypes, proposing improvements based on feedback and test results. * Contribute to product portfolio development, maintaining a strategic and innovative vision. * Stay updated on new technologies and processes in the glass and decoration industry. * Ensure creations reflect brand identity and meet target audience expectations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in designing physical or digital products. * Proficiency in 3D and 2D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, etc.). * Ability to develop physical and digital prototypes. * Knowledge of ergonomics, materials, and manufacturing processes. * Analytical ability to interpret market trends and user data. * Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * Initiative and proactivity. * Teamwork capability and strong communication skills. * Focus on innovation and pursuit of continuous improvement. * Organizational and efficient time and priority management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping tools. * Portfolio demonstrating experience in similar projects. **We Offer** * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Attendance bonus * Transportation allowance or commuter pass * Benefit cards * Birthday bonus * Discounts at our stores * Partnership with ACIP Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2.000,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Commuter pass Work Location: On-site
