Job Summary: Responsible for answering and directing phone calls, receiving visitors, and controlling entry and exit flow to ensure orderly front desk operations. Key Highlights: 1. We began our journey in 1984 and, over the years, have expanded our operations, now operating three strategically located factories in southern Brazil: Caçador/SC, Santa Cecília/SC, and Palmas/PR. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Answer and place telephone calls, routing them according to the availability of the person being contacted and providing the most appropriate solution in each case; * Receive, identify, and announce visitors, suppliers, service providers, employees, or customers; issue identification badges and direct individuals to their requested destinations. * Receive drivers scheduled for unloading and/or loading operations; * Manage scheduling for product deliveries and dispatches; * Verify fiscal documentation; * Weigh vehicles; * Receive and route documents to their respective departments; * Monitor vehicle access to the factory area; Log correspondence and forward it to the respective responsible parties. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Aptitude for public-facing service; * Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge; * Availability for rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **Here you will find:** Life Insurance; Health & Pharmacy Benefit Card; Meal Allowance / Attendance Bonus; Chartered Transportation; On-site Cafeteria; PLR (Profit Sharing Program); Education Assistance.
