If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Supervise activities related to project implementation, controlling or supporting the entire lifecycle—or portions thereof—to contribute to meeting scope, agreed-upon schedule and cost requirements, as well as delivering proposed benefits. **Detailed Description:** * Detail mechanical EAP/CWP/IWP, sequence work fronts, align shutdown windows and interfaces with civil/ELT/INSTR/automation. * Verify foundations, plumb/leveling, structures, tanks, and piping (supports, valves); welding per WPS/PQR; NDT and tests (hydro/pneumatic). * Install pumps, fans, refiners, screens, pulp washers, rolls/cylinders, vacuum and steam & condensate systems; controlled torque, grouting, laser alignment. * Commissioning & start-up: flushing, run-in, vibration (ISO 20816\), performance curves, cold/hot tests, punch list, as-built documentation, and technical handover with training. * Apply NR-12/13/33/35, PT/LOTO; manage ITP/RNC, measurements and changes; report KPIs (% spools installed, tests completed) and mitigate risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Mechanics; * NR-12, NR-13 (basic knowledge of pressure vessels/boilers), NR-33, and NR-35; * Desirable: API 686/alignment and ISO 20816\. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience with paper machines and/or pulp mills. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Caçador/SC * Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (Mon–Fri) **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gym membership via Gympass * Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * Birthday or company anniversary day off At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
