**Merchandise Verifier – Dispatch for Final Assembly** Job Objective Responsible for verifying, sorting, and releasing merchandise destined for the final assembly department, ensuring that products, components, and quantities match production orders, invoices, purchase orders, and the company's quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Verify merchandise, parts, and components intended for final assembly; * Validate quantities, codes, specifications, and conditions of materials; * Sort and organize items according to production orders; * Identify discrepancies, damages, or shortages of materials and report them to the responsible person; * Record data in systems, spreadsheets, or data collectors; * Assist in inventory control and internal material handling; * Ensure proper packaging and identification of products; * Support rotating and periodic inventories; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area; * Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure proper material flow. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in verification, inventory, logistics, or warehousing; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory control systems; * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in an industrial environment; * Ability to read production orders; * Experience operating data collectors or ERP systems.
