




Description: * Collect and classify samples; * Prepare samples for sensory analyses; * Manually separate impurities; * Identify moisture, aroma, and odor of samples; * Present results of sensory analyses; * Record sample technical data and information; * Identify need for maintenance and corrections in the environment; * Calibrate equipment; * Use appropriate materials for task execution, ensuring organization and their perfect condition, following usage procedures; * Enter data into the SIAGRI system (Grain and Product Inbound and Outbound); * Issue invoices, registrations, product exchanges between Units and Producers; * Attend to customers and producers at the scales, including truck weighing and directing drivers for loading and unloading; * Operate company vehicles as needed, driver's license category B; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness for activity execution; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level related to the position; **General Responsibilities** * Follow company work safety and information policies (use of PPE); * Comply with current legislation, standards, procedures, and internal regulations; * Propose process improvements; * Participate in industry-related events (meetings, seminars, associations, etc.); * Keep the workplace clean and organized; Use company financial resources rationally. * Requirements: * Completed High School, Completed Technical Education, or Undergraduate studies in Agriculture, Logistics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Reside in the city of operation; * Previous experience in the field is desirable.
