Focus on delivering memorable gastronomic experiences We are looking for a **Chef** passionate about gastronomy and excellence in service to work on the production of social and corporate events in **Blumenau/SC.** If you have experience in professional kitchens, enjoy the dynamic nature of events, and seek to join a team committed to quality, organization, and high standards of delivery, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of food items according to technical sheets and defined menus; * Ensure quality standards, flavor, presentation, and temperature of dishes; * Organize production according to each event’s schedule; * Monitor proper storage and preservation of food items; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils; * Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and good handling practices; * Support buffet setup and replenishment during events, as needed; * Collaborate closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure an exceptional gastronomic experience for clients. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Chef, preferably in catering services, events, hotels, restaurants, or industrial kitchens; * Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and preservation techniques; * Organization, agility, and attention to detail; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to the event schedule; * Easy access to the Blumenau/SC region. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical training or courses in Gastronomy; * Experience producing food for social and corporate events; * Familiarity with various service formats, such as buffets, plated meals, cocktail receptions, and finger foods. **Candidate Profile** We seek professionals who are committed, organized, and responsible—capable of teamwork and maintaining quality even during peak demand.
