Opportunity for professional development and an education incentive policy Position for SALES ASSISTANT – STORE On-site – CHAPECÓ– SC – PULSE SHOPPING CENTER REQUIREMENTS: – Completed high school education. – Proficiency in computer use. – Confidence and strong communication skills for customer service. – Availability to work during the following shifts: SCHEDULE: 1– 09:40–14:00 / 15:00–18:00, from Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday: 13:50–18:00 / 18:30–20:10 2– 14:00–17:40 / 18:40–22:20, from Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday: 12:00–20:10 BASE SALARY FOR LOCAL COMMERCE + COMMISSION ON SALES. Benefits: Life insurance, discounts at company stores, transportation allowance, and meal card. After probation period: Optional Unimed health plan and Attendance Bonus of R$200.00. Development: After three months, you become eligible to participate in the education incentive policy. RESPONSIBILITIES: – Provide customer service and advise on promotions and payment terms. – Assist customers in product selection. – Process purchases at the POS (point of sale). – Follow inventory control and organization procedures. – Handle merchandise receiving and returns. – Support management of the store’s social media accounts.
