




Job Summary: The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and reconciling accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and legal compliance, as well as serving clients and preparing financial statements. Participation in monthly and annual accounting closings Your primary mission in this role will be to record, analyze, and reconcile accounting transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and compliance with legal regulations. **As an Accounting Analyst, your responsibilities will include:** * Providing customer service and technical support regarding accounting-related inquiries; * Importing, recording, and reconciling accounting entries; * Preparing and conducting detailed analysis of financial statements; * Calculating direct and indirect taxes based on financial results; * Generating and submitting sector-specific declarations; * Participating in the monthly and annual accounting closing process; * Conducting critical analysis to ensure accounting compliance and identify inconsistencies; * Performing other accounting-related duties. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (completed or in progress); * **Experience with accounting routines**, including journal entries, reconciliations, accounting closings, and preparation of financial statements; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); * Computer literacy and administrative routine skills; * Commitment to deadlines and deliverables; * Agility, attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (or 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM).
