




Job Summary: The PCM Analyst ensures continuous and effective operation of equipment, minimizes failures, and maximizes productive availability through maintenance planning and control. Coordinate the generation of work orders and maintenance planning The **PCM Analyst** will ensure continuous and effective operation of equipment, minimize failures, and maximize productive availability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update maintenance indicators and control items; * Develop preventive plans and register new equipment; * Coordinate the generation of work orders; * Develop service scheduling for special periods such as weekends, holidays, and scheduled shutdowns, ensuring maintenance efficiency; * Prepare descriptive memoranda for outsourcing services and coordinate the outsourcing service contracting process; * Conduct surveys of supplies and materials for use in services and construction projects, and manage the procurement process for parts/materials; * Plan and monitor the execution of thermographic, vibration, and oil analysis routes; * Review and update machine and equipment manuals, facility layouts, and unit projects; * Conduct audits of fixed assets, including movements, write-offs, and activation of construction projects, and update UEPs; * Develop and review self-control manuals for the maintenance department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of PCM (Planning and Control of Maintenance) activities will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Joaçaba/SC** At Aurora Coop, you will receive the following **benefits**: * Health Insurance with free monthly premium for employees * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Long-Term Service Award (PTS) * Free Transportation Voucher * Partnership Agreements * Education Assistance * Daycare Assistance for mothers * Meal Allowance * On-site meals or Meal Voucher * Private Pension Plan Together, we have over 40,000 employees across units from North to South Brazil, representing diverse cultures, ethnicities, and languages — yet united by the same purpose.
