Ensures fleet safety and compliance with legislation We are seeking a professional to work as an Administrative Assistant in the Workshop Reception area, responsible for controlling and monitoring Service Orders (SO), receiving drivers, and supporting the tracking of tachograph expiration dates. This role is essential to ensure the organization of maintenance administrative routines, fleet safety, and regulatory compliance, directly contributing to the quality and efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities * Open and close Service Orders (SO); * Receive drivers during workshop check-in, guiding them on checklist and maintenance procedures; * Assist in monitoring tachograph expiration dates and control; * Support compliance with safety standards and regulations.
