Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for system maintenance, analyzing requirements, proposing improvements, and developing solutions, thereby contributing to the engineering team and the organization's strategic objectives. Providing technical support to the development team and project management Maintain systems in collaboration with company departments, analyze requirements for new features or modifications and improvements to existing systems, contribute to the engineering and development team, develop and monitor performance indicators, and provide decision-support to management for taking action and improving processes—thereby contributing to the organization's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain systems in collaboration with company departments, analyzing requirements for new features or modifications and improvements to existing systems, contributing to the engineering and development team to adapt them to process changes and organizational needs; * Analyze software implementations, applying best practices to ensure compliance with all business, quality, security, adaptability, extensibility, scalability, and related requirements; * Develop, implement, and monitor departmental performance and quality indicators using available tools to proactively support the team in decision-making and issue resolution in cases of inconsistencies or non-conformities, thereby contributing to the department’s strategic objectives; * Support more complex analyses conducted by Junior-level staff to foster team development and adherence to departmental procedures and standards, ensuring delivery agility and quality; * Propose and apply proven market technologies through case studies to deliver software solutions faster, more robustly, and with higher quality; * Work within multidisciplinary teams, representing the department in meetings as required, contributing to the development of new software or improvement of existing solutions; * Conduct user interviews to gather system requirements, identifying needs to be implemented or modified in existing software; * Collect and analyze user feedback via available tools and meetings to identify and propose improvements, ensuring delivered solutions fully meet user needs; * Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation using departmental tools to document system requirements and solutions, supporting departmental standardization; * Build, refine, and prioritize product roadmaps together with stakeholders, maintaining records in the department’s project management tools to ensure timely and requirement-aligned deliveries; * Build, refine, and prioritize project and product backlogs, collaborating with the team and maintaining records in the department’s task management tools to support organization and tracking of software development cycles; * Provide technical support to the development team, clarifying doubts, performing code reviews, and proactively removing impediments to enhance agility and quality in software development; * Comply with and respect the company’s standard and safety work procedures, both internally and at third-party establishments (clients). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduate studies currently underway in the field of Information Technology; * Experience in Information Technology, with a focus on system analysis and development; * Basic English proficiency. **Additional Information** With **31 years** of operation in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
