Job Summary: Performs production routines, handles equipment, carries out loading and unloading, operates machines, and performs first-level maintenance, ensuring workplace organization and safety. Focus on workplace organization and safety **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform routines related to production processes, scales, dryers, seed processing, cleaning (hoppers, elevator pit bottoms, yards, and other operational areas of the company); * Handle various production-dedicated equipment; * Carry out truck loading and unloading (grains and inputs); * Operate fixed and mobile machinery as required; * Perform first-level maintenance on machinery and equipment; * Supply firewood to dryers; * Use appropriate materials for task execution, ensuring organization and proper preservation, following established usage procedures; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork ability, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities:** * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety and information security policies (use of PPE); * Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal bylaws; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Use company-provided financial resources rationally. * **Requirements:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. * Reside in the city where the job is located. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
