Perform first-level maintenance on machines and equipment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform routines related to production processes, weighing, dryers, seed processing, cleaning (silos, elevator pit bottoms, yards, and other operational areas of the company); * Handle various equipment designated for production; * Carry out truck loading and unloading (grains and inputs); * Operate fixed and mobile machinery as required; * Perform first-level maintenance on machines and equipment; * Supply firewood to dryers; * Use appropriate materials to carry out tasks, ensuring organization and proper condition, following procedures for their use; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness when performing activities; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities:** * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety and information security policies (use of PPE); * Comply with applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal regulations; * Propose process improvements; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; Use the company’s financial resources rationally. * **Requirements:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. * Reside in the city where the job is located. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
