Opportunity to apply negotiation experience and analytical insight. **Position: Business Analyst** **Purpose of the Role** To strategically and operationally integrate commercial, procurement, and billing processes, contributing to operational efficiency, business development, and continuous improvement of company results. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the commercial team in developing business opportunities. * Conduct analyses of commercial processes to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains. * Prepare quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers and customers. * Prepare, verify, and track sales orders, ensuring proper forwarding to billing. * Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure appropriate information flow. * Monitor key performance indicators and results related to commercial and procurement operations. * Develop reports, analyses, and proposals to support decision-making. * Prospect and evaluate new business opportunities, suppliers, and partnerships. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes **Requirements** * Experience in negotiations * Analytical capability and business acumen. * Negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Organization, responsibility, and autonomy in decision-making. * Proficiency in computer applications and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. **Desired Competencies** * Effective communication. * Strategic vision. * Problem-solving ability. * Priority management. * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
