Job Summary: A Psychology professional to provide individual counseling to children and adolescents, applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and supporting the development of various skills. Implement behavioral intervention plans defined by coordination and supervision. Support the development of social, communication, academic, and independence skills. Assist in preventing and managing interfering behaviors, under guidance from the technical team. Record session data and track client progress. Participate in hands-on training sessions, team meetings, and periodic supervision.
