Responsibilities: * Participate in the formulation and development of new products and packaging, as well as the adaptation of existing products; * Conduct research on new products and raw materials; * Assist in the qualification process of suppliers of raw materials and packaging, maintaining updated technical specifications; * Monitor industrial trials and production start-ups; * Prepare process technical specifications; * Participate in sensory analyses; * Develop and deliver training related to the area; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position. ? Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of food industry regulations; * Must reside in São Lourenço do Oeste/SC.
