Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruitment and Selection (R&S) Analyst to manage high-volume recruitment processes, with a focus on operational positions and close alignment with operations. High proactivity and organization We are looking for a dynamic R&S Analyst with a strong sense of urgency, dominant profile, strategic mindset, and results orientation to manage Recruitment & Selection processes focused on operational and high-volume positions, with on-site presence and mobility between Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. This position requires close collaboration with operations, a strong sense of urgency, high proactivity, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands under tight deadlines. A high-pressure, fast-paced delivery environment; Main Responsibilities: * Manage high-volume selection processes (job posting, screening, and individual and group interviews) * Align candidate profiles with hiring managers * Organize on-site recruitment activities * Monitor R&S metrics * Support onboarding processes to ensure successful hires * Deliver results within deadlines, prioritizing agility and quality Requirements: Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection for volume-based positions — **MANDATORY** Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in operational roles — **MANDATORY** Organization and management of multiple concurrent job openings Assertive communication and professional demeanor Valid driver's license (Category B) — **MANDATORY** Willingness to travel frequently — **MANDATORY** Appropriate home office setup for periods when not traveling Residence: Lages region — **MANDATORY** Additional Information: Autonomous and proactive work environment Travel and relocation expenses covered by the company Hybrid work model (field + remote work) Salary: R$ 3.800 + Meal Allowance + Food Allowance + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Driver's License: Category B Willingness to Travel
