What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * Supervise the production line to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards using **Lean Manufacturing**. * Implement daily production controls to optimize performance and reduce waste using tools such as **5S.** * Monitor key performance indicators (**KPIs**) to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of targets. * Manage the operator team, promoting continuous training and applying **People Management** techniques to maximize productivity. * Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment to avoid unplanned downtime and increase machine availability. **?? How You Will Interact and Impact** * Collaborate with Quality and Engineering departments to implement continuous improvements in production processes. * Conduct alignment meetings with the team to foster efficient communication and engagement toward shared goals. * Develop management reports for leadership, providing strategic insights based on operational data. * Actively participate in developing action plans to resolve bottlenecks and promote innovation in manufacturing. **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience on the shop floor. * Willingness to reside in Xanxerê \-SC. **?? Technical Competencies** * Solid experience in **production process management** and quality control. * Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing** methodologies. * Ability to analyze performance indicators (**KPIs**) and prepare reports. **??
