Job Summary: We are looking for an analytical and organized professional to handle tax-related tasks for companies enrolled in the Simples Nacional regime and Microentrepreneurs (MEI), with emphasis on customer service and tax compliance. Today, we impact over 3.300 small entrepreneurs across Brazil and are expanding; therefore, we seek another individual eager to grow with us and contribute to this impact. We seek an analytical and organized professional to handle tax-related tasks for companies enrolled in the Simples Nacional regime and Microentrepreneurs (MEI), covering federal, state, and municipal obligations, as well as customer service via WhatsApp. At Razonet, you will join a growing team leveraging digital processes, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering tax compliance assurance and humanized customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Provide clear and efficient customer support via WhatsApp; * Execute and monitor tax-related tasks for Simples Nacional and MEI companies at federal, state, and municipal levels; * Pay close attention to current legislation and the specific needs of each client; * Maintain updated internal records and controls; * Use digital accounting systems and tools to optimize processes; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30.
