### **Description** We currently have an open opportunity for a **License Compliance Specialist - Software.** The specialist will be responsible for conducting investigations, lead generation, negotiations, and resolution of cases related to the unauthorized use of software distributed by ESSS, including software usage audits and compliance and license regularization activities. Key responsibilities also include: * Maintaining and updating control spreadsheets and supporting the management of departmental processes. * Supporting CRM tools, primarily Salesforce. * Assisting in communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. ### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Intermediate-to-advanced written and verbal proficiency in English and/or Spanish; * Experience in software licensing compliance, including software usage audits and license regularization. * Commercial-focused experience and strong negotiation skills for medium-to-high complexity scenarios.
