Actively participate in the development of new products and the product committee **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Analyze product improvement requests using internal tools and systems, proposing solutions. Continuously update and deepen knowledge of internal products and business rules relevant to the company's industry. Additionally, actively participate in developing new products and identifying new opportunities for the SGI Group. Assist in ensuring product quality. Guide company departments on product-related matters. Participate in quality initiatives. Organize meetings, mediate internal conflicts, and clarify product-related questions. Participate in the product committee. **TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze customization/implementation tickets, understand customer needs, gather data from internal and external customers and third parties, always aiming to comprehend and clarify requirements that will constitute the solution for the customer's Need/Problem. * Study business rules and concepts inherent to system objectives and scope, size system requirements and functionalities, define implementation alternatives, and specify system operation methods. * Organize and lead meetings, develop training plans for teams, and deliver training sessions. * Evaluate the quality of generated products. * Guide and clarify product-related questions and processes for internal teams, customers, and third parties. * Mediate and clarify internal questions and conflicts. * Participate in the Product Committee, presenting improvement points for functionalities to be implemented in the system. **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Demonstrate logical reasoning, creativity, initiative, receptiveness, confidentiality, patience, and oral and written communication skills. * Willingness to research and track the evolution of new technologies and their applicability to market needs; * Pursue technical and behavioral learning aligned with the performed role; * Strong communication skills; demonstrate synthesis ability and analytical thinking; * Be observant and critical; easily and flexibly assimilate ideas; * Decision-making ability; * Willingness to share knowledge.
