About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise and processing payments, as well as performing cash withdrawals from the register, closing the register, and submitting financial reports at the end of each shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cashier, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting the product code table, checking product labels, verifying weight on the scale and system correspondence, processing payments, and—when accepting checks—confirming prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; when accepting cash, verifying its authenticity; Ensure timely cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box, thereby preventing excessive exposed cash accumulation and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and informing the Supervisor for follow-up action; Help reduce front-end cashier losses through preventive measures, such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, expediting returns of perishable goods, etc.; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, including shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift wrapping, etc.; Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
