The ideal candidate must value technical excellence, documentary organization, and possess assertive communication skills to handle daily departmental routines. **Job Responsibilities** You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting records and compliance with tax and ancillary obligations. Your main duties include: * Recording accounting transactions and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. * Filing and organizing accounting documents (physical and digital). * Calculating withholding taxes and federal taxes in accordance with current legislation. * Preparing and submitting ancillary obligations (municipal and federal levels) within legal deadlines. * Conducting preliminary analyses of transactions to identify inconsistencies for coordination review. * Supporting the team with day-to-day technical and operational questions. * Performing operational controls, such as verifying document receipt and updating files. **Ideal Profile and Requirements** We seek a professional with proven experience in the accounting field and mastery of practical routines. For this position, the following are required: * **Education:** Technical Course in Accounting Sciences or Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed — a university degree is a plus). * **Experience:** Practical experience in bookkeeping, documentary organization, and ancillary obligations. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
