We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician in Itupeva/SP to join the team of a renowned company specializing in Professional Property Management for commercial, corporate, and logistics buildings. Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, identifying faults and proposing appropriate solutions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, civil, and general systems. * Repair electrical systems and carry out general maintenance services (e.g., unclogging, equipment repairs, etc.). * Assist external teams with services related to ventilation, refrigeration, alarm systems, and others as required. * Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement schedules. * Ensure proper operation of systems and structures, always striving for excellence in service quality. Requirements: * Previous experience in building maintenance. * Completed High School education. * Certification in NR 10, NR 18, and NR 35. * Technical Course in Electrical Engineering will be considered an advantage. * Higher education in the field (in progress or completed) is an advantage. Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$2.879,22 + 30% hazard pay. * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance. * Meal Allowance of R$ 605.00 per month. * Amil Health Plan. * Dental Uni Dental Plan. * Life Insurance.
