The position requires availability to relocate to the company's region (Braço do Norte\-SC) Position: Logistics Manager Contract Type: Independent Contractor (PJ) Salary Range: Approximately R$ 13\.000,00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday About the Position: We are seeking a Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. The professional will be responsible for optimizing costs, improving delivery timelines, and ensuring quality throughout the material and product flow. Key Responsibilities: * Manage logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, and distribution). * Plan and control the flow of materials and products. * Develop strategies to optimize logistics costs. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements. * Lead and develop the logistics team. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and service-level agreements. * Guarantee compliance with internal policies and procedures. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree. * Proven experience in logistics, with leadership roles. * Knowledge of logistics operations management and supply chain management. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS). * Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs and data analysis.
