Our products are present in more than 30 countries and serve approximately 20,000 customers; to make all this happen, we have 580 employees and specialists! ##### **Requirements** **What we seek for this Development Coordinator position** Responsible for monitoring team tasks and creating action plans; Identifies opportunities to improve quality and productivity in the process they work on; Analyzes, prioritizes, and tracks requests; guides the team in executing activities; Responsible for ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements agreed upon by the development team; Manages the development roadmap; Participates in the selection process for new talent, including screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation; Monitors people development using one-on-one meetings; Supports and monitors team members' IDPs (Individual Development Plans); Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to direct reports; Responsible for solution delivery; Has previously led development teams. ##### **Benefits** **What we offer?** Annual Bonus: Up to 3.3 monthly salaries, extended to all employees.
