Central role in process standardization and optimization **Job Mission:** Ensure operational excellence of the units under responsibility, guaranteeing compliance with company standards, strong performance of branch managers, and process efficiency—directly contributing to results, growth, and strengthening of the network. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the performance of branch managers; * Conduct training, guidance, and development for local leadership; * Carry out operational, administrative, and process audits; * Verify inventory balances, controls, and performance indicators; * Plan, implement, and monitor procedures and standards defined by the company; * Ensure standardization of processes and operations across units; * Monitor goals, results, productivity, and service quality; * Support managers in resolving operational and strategic issues; * Prepare management reports and present indicators to the executive board; * Act as the liaison between headquarters and branches, ensuring alignment of information and decisions. **Requirements:** * Availability for travel; * Brazilian driver’s license category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Residence in any city within the West/SC region; * Prior experience in fuel stations will be considered a plus. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Company-provided vehicle; * Fuel; * Corporate mobile phone. **Note:** This position includes a **hazard pay allowance**, as stipulated by current legislation. **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: starting from R$4.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
