Job Summary: Support the execution of Health and Occupational Safety projects and routines, contributing to safer work environments. Key Highlights: 1. Support the execution of Health and Occupational Safety projects, programs, and routines, contributing to compliance with the Brazilian Ministry of Labor’s Regulatory Standards (NRs) and the company’s internal procedures. Act under guidance to identify and prevent occupational hazards, supporting accident and occupational disease prevention, as well as promoting safer work environments within the unit under your responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Health and Occupational Safety activities, contributing to the implementation of Regulatory Standards (NRs), internal policies, and corporate guidelines for accident and occupational disease prevention, in accordance with standards and directives from headquarters; * Assist in hazard identification and preliminary risk assessment in workplaces, supporting the application of control measures defined in the Occupational Risk Management (ORM) and the Risk Management Program (RMP); * Conduct routine inspections in operational areas, tasks, equipment, vehicles, and safety systems, documenting deviations and reporting identified non-conformities to leadership for analysis and corrective action; * Monitor and guide the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), ensuring correct usage according to activity-related risks; * Track medical certificates, leave of absence records, and social security processes, maintaining control over documentation deadlines and supporting related matters with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), where applicable; * Support the control, registration, and organization of PPE distribution, training sessions, and other mandatory Occupational Safety documentation; * Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions, contributing to information collection, occurrence logging, and preparation of initial reports; * Assist in controlling, organizing, and updating technical safety documents, such as work orders, inspection records, preliminary risk analyses, and area reports; * Monitor operational activities and cargo handling, observing potential hazards and reporting any deviations for analysis and corrective action; * Support the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) activities and the organization of the Internal Week for Accident Prevention (SIPAT); * Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory oversight by assisting in organizing and providing required records and documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; * Experience in Occupational Safety; * Regulated Profession: Professional Registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTE); * Driver's License Category "B".
