Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations The construction company seeks a Concrete Supervisor in Navegantes (Center). **Responsibilities:** Supervise the concrete pouring team (masons, operators, assistants). Monitor concrete preparation and delivery (mixer truck or ready-mix concrete). Ensure proper concrete placement, compaction, and finishing. Control execution timelines and project schedule. Verify concrete quality and application conditions. Organize necessary equipment and materials (vibrators, formwork, etc.). Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Resolve issues arising during concrete pouring execution. Previous experience as Concrete Supervisor, Concrete Coordinator, Concrete Team Leader, or Concrete Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
