PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process is intended to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates or corrections—and its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for the hiring of professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Psychologist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment)—employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Alberto Slongo, 198 \- São José, Concórdia \- SC, 89713\-118 **Job Summary:** Provides psychological counseling aimed at diagnosing and assessing emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders in patients; investigates unconscious behavioral factors to bring them into conscious awareness, clarifies conflicts, and accompanies patients throughout the treatment process until discharge; also participates in the development and implementation of health initiatives and campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and bearing the professional’s full name. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the respective Regional Council, indicating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical psychological counseling. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service provided, and detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS registration uses nomenclature consistent with that required in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation; official orthography; new orthographic agreement; graphic accentuation; punctuation; usage of word classes; literal and contextual meaning of words; syntax of agreement and government; verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** **Psychotherapeutic theories and techniques.
