Also plays a key role in supporting activities related to access network deployment, ensuring SLA compliance, adherence to processes and requirements, and effective coordination between internal clients and business partners (suppliers). **Main Activities** * Design and development of Machine Learning models; * Design/evolution of AI/ML product architecture models; * Creation of reusable AI assets; * Conducting Machine Learning experiments for continuous model improvement; * Defining AI and Machine Learning algorithms for corporate problem-solving; * Analyzing data to extract business-relevant insights; * Providing technical leadership for AI solution deployments in cloud environments (Azure and GCP); * Monitoring and reporting on AI project status. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications) or Information Systems; * Knowledge of pipeline design and implementation (AWS, Azure, and GCP) is desirable; * Familiarity with frameworks such as Kedro, MLFlow, Airflow, among others, is desirable; * Proficiency in Python; * Knowledge of cognitive services; * Experience in Project Management using agile methodologies; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications; * Knowledge of virtual assistant curation; * Familiarity with market cloud platforms (AWS, Cloud, and Azure); * Knowledge of NLP, RNNs, and Transformers; * Knowledge of integrations and API/pipeline ETL development; * Experience in developing Machine Learning (ML) models. **Work Regime** * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Work location: Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro-RJ. **Additional Information** *We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI+ People, People aged 45+, and Women!* At TIM, your well-being is our well-being—thus, the ***Conexão Bem + Estar*** program aims to **strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families**, through practical initiatives across multiple fronts so everyone remains well—both personally and professionally.
