Strengthening relationships with customers and partners As an Administrative Analyst, you will be responsible for efficiently managing administrative routines, including customer and distributor support, process control, billing, and contract analysis. You will strategically maintain operational quality, ensuring deadlines are met, information is verified, and departmental demands are supported. This position is essential for optimizing internal workflows, ensuring reliable processes, and strengthening relationships with customers and partners. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer and distributor requests via tickets on the Q\-help platform; * Finalize, verify, and bill distributor spreadsheets; * Enter orders and release licenses for customers; * Analyze contracts and support audits; * Support other administrative departmental requirements. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in customer service via telephone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and ticketing systems; * Knowledge of Office/Google Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Ability to read and interpret contracts; * Organization and control of administrative processes. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or related fields, completed or in progress.
