The Cleaning Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the company's premises, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. This professional cleans common areas, offices, restrooms, and other facilities, adhering to the company's established hygiene and safety standards. Clean and organize offices, meeting rooms, hallways, and other indoor areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenish hygiene supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Clean floors, glass surfaces, windows, furniture, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as entrances, parking lots, and gardens. Collect and properly dispose of waste from outdoor areas. Use cleaning products and equipment appropriately, following usage instructions and safety regulations. Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment, requesting repairs or replacements when necessary. Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in accordance with the company's recycling and sustainability policies. Ensure trash bins are always clean and hygienic. Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment when needed. Properly organize and store cleaning products and hygiene supplies. Assist in preparing and cleaning rooms and spaces for corporate events and meetings. Provide support in assembling and disassembling equipment, furniture, and coffee setups as required for trainings and meetings. Follow occupational safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Comply with the company's internal cleaning and hygiene procedures. Perform other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor and management.
