We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build a career and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate and execute marketing and communication planning; Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints; Develop campaigns, content, and institutional and commercial materials; Support the sales team with high-impact strategies and materials; Plan and execute internal communication and endomarketing initiatives; Organize participation in trade fairs, events, and brand activations; Manage suppliers and partners (agencies, event organizers, etc.); Monitor KPIs and propose continuous improvements; Perform other activities of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations Solid experience in corporate communication, internal communication, and marketing Experience with campaigns, branding, internal communication, and commercial support Experience in event, supplier, and project management **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in B2B companies or manufacturing industry Experience in ESG-related projects Experience in Strategic Planning Experience in the textile industry. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, Transportation Allowance, Pharmacy Partnership, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Attendance Bonus, and Life Insurance.
