UBS Operations Supervisor

Planning and organization of UBS activities and seed treatment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Plan daily activities to be carried out at the plant, organizing receipt, storage, drying, processing, and bagging of cultivars, as well as seed treatment; * Daily guidance to UBS/Dryer/Treatment Operators and Assistants on correct execution of defined daily activities; * Guide team members on proper sampling from kangaroo bags and laboratory samples for quality analysis of batches, as well as collection of treated samples for submission to the internal laboratory and HPLC laboratory to verify correct product dosage; * Identify and analyze key process indicators daily, together with management and coordinators, to make optimal decisions and interventions if necessary to correct any out-of-control indicators; * Verify and ensure correct completion of process records at each unit stage; * Guide employees on proper cleaning at each process stage, perform verification and subsequent release, signing standard checklists; * Guide and assist in organizing final bagging of cultivars after commercial area definition; * Perform seed treatment direction and execution for cultivars as defined by the commercial area team, verifying batches to be treated, labels, treatment type, packaging, dosages, etc.; * Collaborate with direct supervisors in developing future facility installation projections and annual unit budgeting, as well as assisting in budget control; * Guide all unit employees on the mandatory use of PPE during all unit activities, thereby ensuring employee physical integrity; * Support Human Resources processes (timekeeping, payroll, vacation, time bank); * Perform duties with focus on internal and external customers; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness for activity execution; * Operate company vehicles as required, driver's license category B. **General Responsibilities** * Comply with company occupational health and safety and information security policies (PPE usage); * Comply with applicable legislation, standards, procedures, and internal regulations; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company financial resources rationally. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Willingness to reside in the city of operation; * Experience in operational process management (receipt, storage, UBS, seed treatment); * Experience in personnel management. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
