* Monitor operational stages of seed processing (receiving, pre-cleaning, drying, conditioning, TSI, and bagging);
* Ensure compliance with production orders and accurate data entry into the system;
* Act as a communication facilitator among production, quality, and logistics teams;
* Support inventory control of inputs (tags, big bags, chemicals) and operational requirements;
* Ensure adherence to deadlines, batch traceability, and compliance with quality and safety standards;
* Receive seed variety requests from the commercial seeds department and organize them for industrial treatment, aligning volumes and timelines with the production department;
* Monitor the bagging process of seed varieties, ensuring compliance with specified requirements, tracking operational indicators, and proposing process improvements;
* Inform logistics about the availability of completed orders, indicating when products are ready for shipment;
* Maintain up-to-date operational records, ensuring traceability and activity control;
* Collaborate with involved departments to resolve any process deviations, proposing operational adjustments;
* Assist in preparing production and shipment monitoring reports;
* Participate in operational meetings, contributing strategic and operational information;
* Operate company vehicles (Driver's License Category B);
* Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork ability, and preliminary risk awareness for task execution;
* Perform ERP-related tasks: data entry, reporting, updates, etc.;
* Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position;
**General Responsibilities**

* Keep process-related information and documents updated, controlled, and archived—electronically or physically—as applicable;

**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
