Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, reviewing, and performing calibration procedures, ensuring metrological traceability and compliance with applicable standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the development and review of technical calibration procedures 2. Perform calibrations on instruments at company and customer facilities 3. Ensure metrological traceability to national and international standards * Support the development and review of technical calibration procedures; * Properly handle, preserve, and store reference standards and instruments; * Comply with internal procedures and requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025; * Issue certificates and reports containing results, uncertainties, and technical observations; * Ensure metrological traceability to national and international standards; * Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Identify and report nonconformities and improvement opportunities; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Perform calibrations on instruments both at company facilities and at customer sites (external environment); * Maintain up-to-date calibration histories and equipment control records; * Workplace organization: Keep the workplace organized and within controlled environmental conditions; * Incident handling: Efficiently manage incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution; * Suggest continuous improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency; * Collaborate in organizing and standardizing departmental administrative activities; * Provide support for other departmental demands as required; * Comply with company institutional guidelines.
