LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the role of Senior Digital Marketing Analyst in our company. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and social media campaign execution. **Responsibilities:** * Create and execute social media content strategies aligned with marketing and branding objectives; * Plan and execute social media campaigns; * Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure posting consistency and relevance; * Produce high-quality visual and textual content for major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.); * Manage and optimize social media profiles, ensuring they remain up-to-date and actively engaged with the audience; * Develop and maintain relationships with the online community, identifying and leveraging engagement opportunities; * Monitor and manage negative feedback and social media crises, formulating responses and strategies to mitigate negative impacts; * Prepare detailed performance reports on campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights; * Monitor competitors’ activities and social media performance to identify improvements and opportunities; * Independently execute audiovisual production for social media, ensuring retention, aesthetics, and formats that maximize engagement and brand content performance; * Be responsible for video capture and editing for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Pinterest, and other digital channels. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience creating content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, and Lives); * Intermediate knowledge of visual content production and digital storytelling; * Familiarity with social media scheduling and management platforms.
