Register now and join our team! **This and all other listed positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and consolidate the project portfolio forecast. * Lead complex and strategic projects (high impact and high risk). * Ensure application and evolution of agile methodologies and processes. * Validate and approve technical, financial, and operational feasibility. * Manage critical risks and define mitigation plans. * Serve as the primary interface with clients and senior management. * Ensure high levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction. * Develop and present strategic executive reports. * Lead solution design (solution design) jointly with the client. * Promote process optimization and continuous improvement. * Monitor and guide CORE operational and strategic KPIs. * Manage and develop the team (feedback, performance, career progression). * Ensure alignment among technical teams, business units, and clients. * Proactively address schedule, cost, and quality deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Strong communication skills Innovation mindset Leadership ability Intermediate English proficiency Agile methodologies Computer networking fundamentals **Requirement:** Specific knowledge of CORE IMS/PS for 4G and 5G. **Education:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Telecommunications or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Project Management is a plus. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
