The Civil Projects Analyst is responsible for leading construction project development, operating within company standards, complying with technical regulations and quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contract projects for developments: supplier qualification, monitoring qualification status, requesting contracts, sending contracts, and tracking contract status. * Conduct critical project analysis, considering technical, functional, aesthetic, financial, and constructability aspects at all project development stages. * Monitor project development and designers’ activities. * Develop a macro schedule outlining project development phases. * Monitor the macro schedule outlining project development phases. * Perform cost analyses of proposed solutions to identify the optimal cost-benefit solution. * Actively participate in meetings with designers and handover meetings with Production and Estimating departments. * Assist in identifying solutions to align projects with the Performance Standard and other applicable regulations. * Prepare the Development Descriptive Report. * Prepare the Building Performance Profile (PDE).
