Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and installations on telecommunications and electrical systems, participating in projects and training teams. Training and guidance of technical teams **Job Description:** ---------------------- Achieve goals and KPIs; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, air conditioning, data transmission, and lightning protection systems (SPDA); diagnose failures and execute communication installations; participate in projects for implementation and installation of new sites; configure equipment and operate low-voltage generators; perform work at heights; assist in installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber-optic networks; collect information for network inventory and documentation; be responsible for material and asset movement and registration; work on technical on-call shifts; train and guide technical teams; comply with quality standards, occupational safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Code of Ethics, and internal policies; travel when necessary; serve internal and external customers; perform activities related to the area as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, or Telecommunications is desirable Experience in the telecommunications technical field Driver’s license category B Knowledge of data network topologies, telecommunications infrastructure, electrical systems, energy efficiency, and technical standards **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Advantage: vocational training in the electrical field **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Additional benefits include: Fixed salary + variable compensation; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance (up to 6% payroll deduction); Starbem – Health and Well-being Telehealth Service; Group life insurance; Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina; Discount on internet plan after probation period; Exclusive mobile plans; Birthday Day Off; Wellhub (Gympass).
