Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn. Interest in digital communication, e-commerce, and AI applied to communication. Responsibilities: Client Service Support Assist in client communications for daily requests, under the guidance of the client service team. Organize information and materials received from clients. Support the creation and updating of briefs. Task Management Track tasks and deadlines using management tools. Ensure project information remains up-to-date and accessible to the team. Support internal teams in monitoring deliverables. Project Support Assist in preparing simple presentations and reports. Support sending and organizing materials for clients. Record feedback and requested adjustments. Relationships and Communication Maintain clear and courteous communication with clients and team members. Support the client service team in routine project monitoring. Contribute to a collaborative and organized work environment.
