Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and supporting the sustainability of the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) 2. Conducting internal and external audits to ensure legal compliance 3. Promoting a culture of health, safety, and environmental management ✓ Develop and support the sustainability of the Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. ✓ Develop, plan, conduct, and/or oversee internal and external audits. ✓ Update procedures, instructions, records, and documents of the IMS and provide corporate technical support in accordance with legal and/or operational changes. ✓ Perform management reviews, monitoring corporate performance indicators and reports. ✓ Develop and control environmental management programs (waste, effluents, emissions, consumption). ✓ Ensure compliance with environmental legal requirements and support audits and inspections. ✓ Lead environmental campaigns and training. ✓ Provide technical support in the development and monitoring of health and safety action plans. ✓ Promote health and safety culture through training, campaigns, and audits. ✓ Provide technical support to quality management teams in nonconformance analysis and continuous improvement processes. ✓ Monitor corporate performance indicators and support corrective and preventive actions. ✓ Conduct internal audits related to procedures and monitor performance indicators. ✓ Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions. ✓ Provide technical support to various departments regarding the IMS. ✓ Support methodologies such as PDCA, 5S, root cause analysis, and risk and opportunity management.
