This is an opportunity for experienced professionals who wish to work on high-impact projects involving Big Data, Business Intelligence, and data governance. You will be responsible for designing data models and policies, integrating diverse information sources, guiding technical teams, and proposing continuous improvements based on technological trends. We expect you to have solid technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain and evolve the data platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency; * Design and optimize robust data pipeline construction using Airflow and Spark; * Develop Data Lakehouse solutions based on the Medallion Architecture; * Lead adoption of best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability; * Work in a cloud computing environment—AWS—ensuring high availability and performance of data; * Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align strategies and technical requirements; * Develop and maintain APIs for data services. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:*** Has experience with Airflow for orchestrating data pipelines with multiple DAGs; * Has hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in data engineering using languages such as Python and/or Scala; * Possesses advanced knowledge of Spark for distributed data processing; * Has experience in Cloud environments, preferably AWS; * Has knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC); * Uses Docker for application containerization; * Has knowledge of version control with Git; * Has experience implementing CI/CD for automated deployments and monitoring. **WHAT COULD BOOST YOUR PROCESS:*** Knowledge of Iceberg for data storage optimization; * Experience with Trino for distributed queries; * Familiarity with Airbyte for data integration; * Experience with AWS EMR; * Experience implementing projects with automated testing; * Use of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning; * Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm Charts for container orchestration; * Experience with observability tools for monitoring data and processes; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals, including machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and AI-based automation tools. **Our Benefits:*** Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance \- PPLR \- Profit and Results Sharing;* Wiipo Card with flexible benefits * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages \- TotalPass \- Gym and wellness benefit;* Banked hours; * Citizen company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Birth assistance; * PET assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan **Our Senior Way of Being:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
